Try Acel photo shop at Hidalgo. A Nikon D40 sells for less than 20k, I’ve heard its around 15K.

Where is Hidalgo street ?
From the LRT carriedo station, walk towards the Quiapo
church. Enter the second side street on your right side.
The next street on your left is Hidalgo Street.
I buy my photo supplies from stores in Hidalgo.
